Last night I started a two-week break from work with a few drinks on the beach with some very good friends.

💫 I have left my clients with their work scheduled and organised while I’m away and most importantly, they will not be charged for the time I’m on holiday.

💫 That’s the beauty of employing a freelance worker…you only pay for the time we are working for you.

💫 While I’m on holiday, though, I will still check in on their accounts. My clients and their businesses matter to me.

How do you manage your workflow and tasks?

Do you scribble notes in a journal or use one of the many automated systems out there?

I used to be a total ClickUp fan but recently Asana has been making a pitch for my affections. I'm finding it so much easier and simpler to stay on track.

Christmas is nearly here!! To my son, that’s the best news ever. No school for a couple of weeks and no homework!

To many business owners, however, it’s a time of stress.

🎄 How can they switch off, when the emails are mounting up?
🎄 How can they take time away from their business and do…nothing but spend time with their family?
