How to get rid of bloated stomach after child birth
•Drinking hot water:Since I gave birth 3weeks ago,hot/warm water has been my best friend.I carry my cute pink cup filled with hot/warm water around the house.(if you don’t like the taste of water,you can enhance it with lemon or a bit of squash)
•Tummy wrap:I had a ceaserian section,so I didn’t start wrapping my stomach immediately,I started tieing with wrapper about 5days after birth.Then when I noticed my body was healing perfectly I switched to using tummy wrap(CS recommended ones only ).NOTE:Listen to your body first 👌
•Postpartum pepper soup:This the oga patapata of them all,I drink this everyday especially at night.For this to be effective,you must drink it very very hot..It is believed that it cleanses your stomach,and truthfully it does.
