Andy Peggs is a prolific and impassioned electronic musician from Chester. He’s the founder of Only Human and curator of the EMOM Chester series. His work embraces live improvisation with playful textures and melodic flair, drawing inspiration from post-punk, no wave, Factory Records, and Mute Records influences.

🎛️ ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: JON AND LIBBY 🎛️

Jon And Libby are an electronic duo formed two years ago in Darkest Cheshire, creating thunderous yet catchy synthpop with a jaundiced eye firmly on the state of the world. Jon plays keyboards, composes, and produces, while Libby delivers the vocals — and no, Libby is NOT AI. A speech synthesizer by birth, Libby’s words are carefully sampled, vocoded, and processed to give her detached verdicts on the state of humanity.

🎛️ ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: AM SIN 🎛️

London-based duo AM sin fuses dynamic live vocal processing with modular synthesis to craft immersive soundscapes that evoke deep sensory experiences. Rooted in experimental electronics, dark ambient, spectra, and fluxwork, their performances bridge the visceral and the ethereal through intricate sonic textures, hypnotic layering, and the live interplay of raw emotion.

In their first year, AM sin has electrified audiences at venues like Spanners, M.O.T, The Bath House, Avalon Cafe, and algha’s plantroom. They’ve delivered live sets at events, exhibitions, and runway shows including Predation (Indra Gallery), Into the Flux (International Body of Art), HAIRF**K (THE COLD MAGAZINE), and POET-LAB (London Fashion Week).

In 2024, AM sin was recognised as a Featured Artist on Beatport’s Best Electronica, highlighting their fast-rising influence. Since March 2024, they’ve gained over 50k YouTube views and their debut singles have topped 65k combined Spotify streams.

🎛️ ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: AARON ELLIS 🎛️

Multi-instrumentalist, producer, and veteran of the Liverpool music scene, Aaron has been part of some of the city’s most significant and influential projects in recent years. A founding member of cult band The Maybes and a member of The Way and Glassbeads, Aaron has recorded and released four albums since 2019 — including Songs From Another Time, Desolate Days, and the sister albums Soundtrack For Our Dystopia + Songs For Our Dystopia. His work has also appeared on respected underground labels Fruits De Mer and Castles in Space compilations.

Aaron will bring his solo psychedelic ambient space rock to WIRED — ready to help open those doors of perception 🌌
