In the thoughts that you allow
These all create your current circumstances even when it doesn't feel like it

It is remembering in every moment your power over the victim story

Yes you have had challenges , childhoods etc but in every moment you get to choose to create a new story for yourself or stay looping around in the old one

I know that nervous system and programming is strong but you are actually stronger than that voice. Because you have power to command it.

I spoke to an ex client yesterday and she had spent 3 years deep in healing her childhood.
In the anger, sadness . Leaving relationships. Breaking dysfunctional behaviour

She has broken the cycles. She said to me. I didn't heal for this. I want more than this. It is comfortable. She was triggered less. And felt better than her past. But she was longing for more deeply

I don't know how to create that. The love she craves for. The soul aligned career. The money.

This was her soul whispering for expansion. For a higher timeline . To become the butterfly.

A higher standard of living. One she never saw in her lineage. One she wants to create.

I’ve felt different most of my life 😅
Sensitive, open-hearted, able to see what others couldn’t. An old soul who always knew there was more to life

But my relationships didn’t reflect that. I gave love freely, yet it often felt unreturned. I thought that was normal 😅

Life challenged me early. My family’s path of arranged marriage was not for me.

Late blooming became a gift. I began to want more. To create my own life. Go against society norms

Regardless of childhood
Regardless of challenges
Regardless of not feeling like I belonged

This path led me to my purpose: creating Heart’s Happiness

Other sensitive, heart-led women kept finding me. They came to heal, to transform trauma into purpose, to create abundance. Not just breaking cycles but consciously creating new ones with love, money and motherhood

My greatest failure became my greatest gift.

When I went all in on my dreams and my launch “failed,” it wasn’t the failure that hurt. It was the shame story I told myself about it.

I made it mean something about me.
That I wasn’t enough.
That I shouldn’t try again.

But when I finally dissolved that shame and met my inner child with compassion, everything shifted. ✨

That “failure” became the portal to birthing my most successful, soul-aligned program yet. And now my clients quantum leap faster because I integrated those lessons first.

The truth?

My inner child whispered to me I don't feel lost in the dark anymore

You came and found me 😭

You led me out

You gave me a new life

I can play here , create

I feel allowed to feel joy to be me !

I feel safe in my home

I feel so loved

I feel worthy, seen and chosen

I have the mother that gives me so much love , encouragement , care and presence

I have the father who protects me, provides for me , makes it feel safe for me to be in the world

You took all the pain away
The shame I felt for being raised in that home has gone
You made me see the bigger picture .

That those I loved were just hurt. It was never about me . I am free.

I cried my eyes out. The last few years have been so challenging to help her out of that darkness. At times I felt like it would swallow me whole.

Back in 2018 I spent a full year in therapy and coaching, breaking down my unhealthy relationship with men.

The whole time my husband sat right across from me, yet neither of us truly saw the other.
I was ruminating over the guy who didn’t see me, grieving my childhood and my dad issues.

But as the dense emotions of shame, grief, fear and anxiety softened,
as I showed myself love every single day,
as I walked away from toxic patterns and took responsibility to choose me,

I became love. My frequency rose.

5 years ago, on my dad’s birthday, I launched my podcast in his honour.
I thought it was to show a different path… but really it was my shadow disguised as purpose.🙈

➡️ Let me fix people, because I couldn’t fix my dad.

And from that seed, I built a 6 figure successful business.
But today, I stand as a different woman — with a different mission. So that business went through huge rebirth. I tore it down as it no longer aligned. Sat in the void. Because the old didn't feel good.

I stand for all the little girls rising, even though they didn’t have the dad who made them feel safe or worthy.

💔 They grieved. They raged. They carried anger in their bodies.
✨ And then they healed. They forgave — knowing he too was a product of patriarchy, culture, colonisation, generational trauma.
The hurt didn’t start with him.

They not only chose to break the cycle.
They chose to build new love, new family, new legacy.

And that pain? It made them unstoppable.
Because their fathers unknowingly taught them resilience, grit, the fire to want more.

These women are not here to walk karmic paths.
They are here to walk their SOUL path of dharma.

They rise beyond the lack of safety and worthiness…

Funny, isn’t it, how society doesn’t value the storm, the failure, the loss, the winter?
We love the comeback story… but what about the gooey in-between—the place where the caterpillar dissolves before becoming the butterfly?

✨ That is where the magic happens.

During this eclipse season, I’ve been reflecting on all the storms that became portals into the most beautiful breakthroughs of my life.

Before marriage to my soulmate, financial leaps, and moving into new homes—there were huge death portals. So many of which I navigated in silence and shame, not knowing wtaf was happening until I finally found the right support to hold me.

My conception journey has been over 3 years long.
I experienced a miscarriage that utterly broke me. To the world, I kept performing, helping others. But behind closed doors, my suicidal thoughts returned with a vengeance. The demons of my past came back for review.

I took baby steps to heal and grow… but it wasn’t until I joined ’s programme Birth of a Mother that I could return to my conception journey.

✨ In this space, I was held in the deep shadow of transformation that my spirit babies were calling me into.
✨ I faced ancestral trauma and karmic patterns on every level.
✨ I dissolved a lifetime of shame.
✨ I emerged excited for my journey into motherhood—celebrating the storms, celebrating the growth.

This is what liberation looks like ❤️

A spirit baby (me) who chose this mother (my mum 😆) - married young with no choice, trapped in an abusive environment.

She had me so she could have someone to love her.

One day, that love gave her the courage to leave without family support, without a safety net.

But leaving wasn’t the end of the story.

It took years to heal the enmeshment, the codependency, and the belief that we were still victims.
Even decades later, we were unconsciously playing out those patterns.

It took healing.
It took boundaries.
It took space.
It took the courage to have hard, honest conversations.

I chose to rise.
And in doing so… my mum chose to rise too.

Today?
We walk side by side on our soul paths, turning our traumas into purpose.
No longer victim. No longer just survivor. Now we are thrivers.

We’ve created lives filled with peace, joy, and freedom , inside and out.
No more love with conditions of performance.
We’re building a new family paradigm for the next generation with authencity

Both of us walked away from big careers and even unsupportive relationships step fully into our soul work
because we knew that we could not let others suffer the way we had. We had to show people another path.

This is why we build wealth doing the work we love.
Because we choose to rewrite the rules for money, success, family, and health.

Business is the vessel for that expansion.

When you accept the soul mission to heal and expand, it will change your life and your children’s.
You never know who your healing will inspire.

Sometimes it’s your mother.
Sometimes it’s your clients.
