The version who

1. Felt unsafe to create space in her calendar for rest and joy on a Thursday! When it felt unsafe to stop having 100 calls because of money fears in business

2. Started the podcast when no one was listening and now gets to record deep chats with spiritual new earth leaders talking about all the things.

3. Invested in mentor .nyotta to support her feminine awakening when business sales were at an all time low but she listened to her intuition anyway. Today we recorded a podcast about the many shifts from that decision!

4. Started to priortise reading and time alone over giving to relationships that didn't give back even when they lashed out at her

5. Didn't feel safe to slow down and make a healthy meal because her business was taking all her time. But worked on it to choose nourishment over survival

6. Left London for the countryside even when she knew no one as she knew her nervous system needed a fresh start

7. Left her corporate job for her purpose even when she didn't know how it would make money ! And now i get to spend my 'work' day by the lake near my house.

I know one day I will be thanking todays version for my latest quantum shifts. As I make daily uncomfortable choices to build the life of my desires not the life that comes easier to me. Surviving

To me the life I have created with ease, nourishment, doing the work I love, connecting to sisterhood and community. Married to my soul mate. Is my dream come true.

And now i build the next level for my family and the people's who lives i get to change.

I invest , I leap
I heal the wounded parts
I build my legacy brick by brick!

When you choose yourself

The doors to abundance blow open 💖

When you set an hour 3 times a week for 12 months healing miracles happen

Pali's story is so emotional as for 8 years she worked on manifesting her house. We found out very quickly she had a lot of ancestral wounding around getting a house because of her parents past.

But she set the intention when she came into the programme to get one and she went all in.

She did the deep work and she literally magnetised 6 figures and this dream house.

I myself have won a car , made 6 figures in a year! 5 figures in a day from a new idea. Had clients come to me to create a mastermind and filled it with no marketing.

This isn't easy work as we go deep but it is life changing. We talk money but this framework i used to attract my soulmate and I believe it will attract my babies soon enough.

Your big dream to make 6 figures and beyond with time space isnt just a dream it is your soul saying 'hey we can do this'

It was never about the money👀

Because when I hit 6 figures or 5 figure months I would feel the same. My brain searching for the next month when there wasn't enough

My brain and body looping around in survival

Money mindset work or chasing a strategy didn’t take this away

It was healing my relationship with money

Learning how to become safe in my body regardless of what sales came in

Learning to feel safe to hold money and to invest in what I needed. Taking care of my inner child in the unknown

I told myself I should quit as business felt hard and was burning me out

But it was actually the generational pattern of living in surivival and choosing expansion was triggering AF

I just spoke to a new client today who was in utter tears because of this exact same issue.

In one hour she found her centre. A plan for her business uncertainty and no longer was about to burn down her dream.

With co regulation and some mentoring she could see actually it wasn't all going to s**t. She couldn't see her wins as she was too hypervigilent on what might go wrong. Her perception was through surivial and in one call that changed.

She wasted hours due to fear and being in freeze. But no more 🥰

The last two weeks I have had the utter privilege of meeting so many heart centred entrepreneurs who are doing THE most amazing work in the world.

They are helping people to heal and to change their lives. We tapped together during my ignite experience 🥰 some came into VIP last week for coaching.

I so want women like them and you to be rich AF. Because that means you're helping MORE people 🤔. Changing MORE lives . That isn't greedy that is lightwork and service which your heart knows your heart for.

When you have the overflow of cash to ensure you have everything you need to be financially nourished and resourced. Which makes your work EVEN MORE potent.

You don’t just help people to break cycles but you also ends the cycles in your own home. By choosing a higher standard for motherhood , marriage , health - by building a world of peace and love In your 4 walls.

You are amazing at what you do but to truly let overflow in you will need to become someone else. Your true self! You will need to shed generations of patterns that live in your cells to create wealth with ease . To let go of the struggle.

I know how you do that. I have been doing this iterative process for 10 years. Healing on the inside to change my frequency life rearranging itself for me.

I have had very complicated relationship with money. I saw unsafety and unworthiness mirrored back. No matter what I did or how much I earnt that didn't go away. Until I went to the root 😅. This work has changed my life many times and my clients.

We tapped together to shed but now it is time to take different type of action my loves as we enter the second half of 2025.

Devotion to the overflow frequency is taking radical responsibility for who you are BEING when you run your business

As the answers to more sales with ease lie there 👀 not in magical business strategy as they don't exist 😆 especially when you do that from a survival energy e.g. proving , forcing, overgiving

This just creates a business that won't change the quality of your life. E.g. more money in your bank account , better health and more space to enjoy life.

It just keeps the current minimum standard you're living at 🤷‍♀️. Practice these ins vs out and like me your next launch will be very different. I am midway already doubled last overflow launch with more space and more ease.

I chose to not runaway in shame post launch last year and look at where my energy was leaking. Where I was still out of my power. Still not feeling safe to receive.

I ended relationships. I invested in spaces where I could be held in my becoming even when my ego told me I didn't have the cash. I created safety in myself to express myself even more authentically and be more visible. I focused on my well-being as a priority

It was not perfect. I went back and forth between the old and new. But I learnt every time . I reviewed the person I was each day and tweaked. I allowed the past to release. Learnt to lead my inner child , my inner teen , my shadows.

X2 now but I already I know one day we will be at x 100. Because this process is iterative, and I will keep repeating it. Becoming more and more aligned to overflow frequency

Kicked off summer with a bang 🌷🌸🌹🌼

Went to ’s embodied abundance women’s circle yesterday on Summer Solstice after a full week of serving and launching… and honestly? It was the most nourishing medicine.

A year ago, I wouldn’t have had the energy to do both. I would’ve been burnt out, hiding from the world, my introverted self rocking in a corner somewhere 😅. Pushing myself to market 😷, chasing sale/money to feel safe. Telling myself to spend money on something other than myself 😅

But embodying receiving —after a lifetime of hyper-independence and survival mode—has changed everything.

It felt so healing to be held and witness Asa’s magic.
We may teach similar things, but even as a guide, there are shadows you just can’t meet alone.
Being in circle with other women gave me the courage to meet my edges, take accountability, and write a new story. Which fundamentally will attract magnetism during launch phase🤷‍♀️ . (Made a sale today with ease😅)

I’ve longed for sisterhood since I was a little girl.
But what I met with was jealousy/competition/projection 👀

From friends. From family.
I learnt to accept crumbs. Be grateful for half-love.
Shrink to be safe. Tone it down to be tolerated.
And call lack of presence “connection.”

That’s not sisterhood. That’s survival.

Now I choose something different:

This Tuesday morning, I did something I hadn’t given myself permission to do in 3.5 years of running my business full-time…

I got on the first train to the coast, just an hour from my home.
To do my practices by the sea.
To feel alive.
During a launch.

In the old days, I would’ve been too anxious.
Too overwhelmed.
Telling myself I didn’t have enough time or energy.
Telling myself I had to earn rest.
That I had to push, force, and control just to make money.
That launches meant pressure, not pleasure.

And when I did let myself rest?
It came with guilt.
Like I couldn’t have space and wealth.
That I had to choose.

These are the stories I’ve been healing.
The ones passed down through generations.
That worth is earned through doing.
That safety doesn’t exist in spaciousness.
That money only comes when you’re exhausted.

But today, I sat by the sea and remembered:
✨ The more I look after myself, the more money I make. ✨

Because I’m no longer creating from survival.
I’m no longer looping in lack or launching from fear.

And you don’t have to either.
