They’re never too young for Goal Setting ✅

So every December we sit down with postcards and write our 6 month and 12 month goals for the year ahead (massive shoutout to Emma Scorgie for keeping the magic and posting these to us!) 💌

We can write our goals, dreams, intentions or things we want to work towards - and I love getting the kids involved. It’s such a powerful way to help them visualise what they want and feel proud of what they can achieve when they stay focused 🧠

The kids faces were everything when they realised they’ve already smashed some of the goals they set - the real prize was watching that moment of pride and self-belief light up 🥹✨

I completely forgot “to compete in my first bodybuilding competition” was purely just a dream back in December, big fat TICK for me!

Highly recommend this little ritual to anyone with little ones (or even just for yourself) - small tradition, big impact 🫶🏼

Truth is - being self-employed comes with it's fair share of risks, doubts, and wobbles... but days like today are the reminder.

The freedom. The why 🫶🏼

☕ Started off the day with a gorgeous coffee meeting at Middle Farm with a couple of my team. We chatted all things business, made some exciting plans and they've already gone off and booked new appointments!

🏅 Then I got to watch Ace's sports day. No asking for time off, no missing out. Just showing up and cheering him on.

🌊 Now I've just picked him up from basketball and we've come to chill by the pool while I tie up a few last-minute work bits before dinner.

I used to scroll posts like this wishing I had more freedom - now I'm living it. If that's where you're at, my inbox is also open 💬

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately… and I won’t lie, I’ve felt a bit guilty about it 😅

But the truth is, that’s exactly why I love what I do.

These past few months I’ve been super focused on my Bikini Competition Prep 🏋🏼‍♀️ - early mornings, strict routines, pushing myself physically and mentally… and yet here I am, still able to run my business from a coffee shop on a sunny afternoon ☕️📲

Catching up on admin, checking in with customers to make sure they’re happy with their bills and savings, and getting excited about a course I’ve enrolled in for the summer to help take things to the next level 📚✨

This business doesn’t get put on hold when it gets busy - it adapts with me 💛

✨ Team Promotion Alert! ✨

Massive congratulations to Viktoria Cowley on her well-deserved promotion 🥳

Viktoria's journey is such a powerful example of what's possible when you commit, stay consistent, and trust the process 📈

She learned the ropes quickly, getting involved, held on tight during the tough times, and kept showing up with purpose and positivity 💪🏼

We first met a few years ago at a networking group where she was promoting her Virtual Assistant business (which she still runs alongside her UW journey, and being a busy Mum) - and while she didn't join straight away, when the time was right, she took the leap.

And I'm so glad she did! 😅

Viktoria is showing up to every team meeting, every company event, and putting in the work.

Her promotion is a reflection of that dedication, and this is only the beginning! ✨

Guest hosted last night's Team meeting with my little side kick ✨

Managed to pull through - even with my body comp prep head in full swing 🥴

A few years back I HATED getting up and speaking in front of people. I wouldn't stop shaking.

I forced myself to keep at it, keep stepping outside my comfort zone & keep showing up.

Last night was a lovely little reminder how far I've come.

Genuinely enjoyed it & loved the energy in the room 💜
