Waterproof Media operate as a specialist underwater company involved in underwater filming, marine co-ordination and boat supply. Known previously as Diving and Marine Solutions, we have recently changed the company name to reflect our focus on the TV and Film industries that require support on or under the water

Next up are our tried and tested EZ1 and 2 compact cine T2 zooms. These lenses work with both S35 and Full Frame sensors between 15-40 and 30-90 when in S35 mode. Converting to full frame makes them T3 and 22-60 and 45-135mm, a very versatile set up

We rarely talk about lenses for underwater shoots so over the next few weeks I’m going to share some of the lenses available to hire for underwater filming.
Let’s start with the new full frame T2.1 Hector prime lenses which work with Z, RF and E mount cameras. Available in 18mm, 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 73mm and 100mm, drop me a line if you’d like to see these beauties in the flesh

Our R5C on the bench today being prepped for a commercial stills shoot out in Spain next week

The R5C integrates seamlessly with fibre tether cables to surface for integration and control through software, we also have hard wired cables from the housing to link into surface strobes that fire when the housing shutter is released
