Grosvenor House - drone room sweep ✨

A bird’s-eye pass over the full setup:

• Split-screen stage backdrop stretching between the pillars for a bold, symmetrical frame

• Ceiling rig of profiles, beams, and washes bathing the ballroom in a warm glow

• DJ booth wrapped in lighting, integrated around the LED screens for depth and movement

• Gloss white dance floor with an elegant walkway drawing the room together

Grosvenor House - 200-guest wedding ✨

We began with a split-screen backdrop running the full length of the back wall between the ballroom pillars, creating a bold, symmetrical frame for the couple.

Overhead, a ceiling rig blended profiles, beams, and washes to bathe the room in a warm, elegant glow for dinner, then lift seamlessly into party mode.

At stage level, the DJ setup was wrapped with integrated lighting and positioned around the LED screens for depth and movement.

On the floor, a gloss white dance floor carried the couple’s emblem, with a walkway extending all the way to the back of the room-drawing guests into the celebration and keeping sightlines clean for photo and film.

Final room reveal - Easthampstead Park ✨

Custom stage backdrop with three-panel LED screens carrying the couple’s initials and bespoke motion content, our signature dance floor, layered lighting design for dining → speeches → party, and pyrotechnic fountains to hit the peak moments. Immaculate finish, wall-to-wall celebration.
