This jam-packed edition highlights vibrant events, ideas for fun family outings, and spotlights on local community stories and businesses. Our extensive What’s On section highlights everything happening across South Oxfordshire, starting with the forthcoming Bank Holiday weekend, while this edition also dives into home inspiration from bathroom transformations to garden buildings that improve your space. Now in its sixth edition, Handmade Oxford has become a highlight of the Oxfordshire summer calendar.

Taking place at Waterperry Gardens from 12–14 June, the show brings together over 175 of the UK’s finest designer-makers in a setting that feels both elegant and relaxed. Visitors can discover contemporary craft across disciplines, meet the makers, and gain insight into the processes behind each piece through live demonstrations and workshops. With artisan food, music and gardens in full bloom, it offers a thoughtfully curated day out.
