‘Jason Atheron’s Dubai Dishes’ is kick starting Sunday on ITV at 11h30 and you’re in for a treat! This week Jason Atherton is on a health trip, heading out of the city to discover the beauty of the Desert, with a feel-good menu including homemade Granola and Date Caramel Cheesecake, it is healthy and delicious!

Ranvir Singh visits on her farm in the dunes to taste their edible flowers. They supply over 50 restaurants in the city which means sending out over 4000 boxes of blooms every month. Ranvir then moves on to explore the first Middle Eastern plant based cafe, where Chef Kiki - a mushroom master - shares a tasty dish using the fantastic produce from . It’s a wonderful story of creativity lead by passion.

It’s another packed show, in a city built on a carpet of sand, an episode to inspire with fabulous people, delightful recipes and camel hugging!
