Do you have a passion for golf and a drive to excel? Southerness Golf Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Golf Manager to lead our team and elevate the member and guest experience. This role is ideal for a PGA Professional seeking a leadership opportunity to shape the future of a prestigious Scottish links course.

In this role, you will:
➡️ Provide first-class leadership: Oversee all aspects of golf operations, including retail, food & beverage, and ensure events, competitions, and handicaps run smoothly.
➡️ Champion exceptional service: Foster a collaborative team environment dedicated to exceeding member and guest expectations at every touchpoint.
➡️ Drive revenue growth: Identify and implement new revenue streams to maximise the club's potential.
➡️ Be a golf expert: Oversee daily golf play, manage the golf shop, and ensure a seamless golfing experience.

We are looking for someone who possesses:
➡️ Strong leadership and teamwork skills: Motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service.
➡️ Proven sales and communication skills: Effectively promote the club, its offerings, and retail products.
➡️ A keen eye for revenue generation: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
➡️ Solid understanding of golf operations: Proficiency in golf course management software (BRS & Club V1) is a plus.
