Nixwax was founded in 2011 by Rob Amboule, Alec Function and Hunter Giles as an outlet for quality house music. We’re focused on playing and releasing records that have longevity rather than those that play into a passing fad, but we still want to be representative of the UK’s seemingly unique ability to draw from an eclectic mix of influences and cultures and throw it all together. We believe in

finding and encouraging new producers who are making music that we love, reflected by all the releases so far being the artist’s debut record. We are convinced that Nixwax will continue to succeed and grow as an outlet for the most consistent stalwart of dance music itself: House.
