A contact form shouldn’t just collect contact details.
For Rachel Newton Music, I built a guided wedding enquiry designed around the way she actually works.
Instead of receiving a name, an email address and a vague message, Rachel now gets a properly structured brief covering the wedding day, where live music fits, personal song choices, timings and the practical details she needs to know.
The form adapts as couples move through it, reveals relevant follow-up questions and allows them to add multiple performance sets or request bespoke song arrangements.
It makes the process easier for the couple, reduces repetitive admin for Rachel and gives her everything she needs to respond personally from the start.
A relatively small piece of website development, but one that makes a genuine difference behind the scenes.
Thanks to for letting me use this one as an example.
If your website could be doing more of the work for you, let’s have a look at it.
