Back down at Loughborough for a couple of days helping out the 5305 Locomotive Association on 33116. New frame work has been welded in where required. And the outer skin has been welded on. The panels were a tad rusty so they got cleaned up and sprayed in 2 pack primer and then gloss just to protect it some more. 1 more day to do on it finishing welding and cutting the holes out for the settling tank bolts

We were contacted by our friends at the 5305 Locomotive Association at Loughborough to help with bodywork. They had already done one side and asked if we could assist on the other. I’ve attached some photos so you can see the progress we achieved on it
