Jay is a rare, award-winning bastion of cutting edge dance music whose influence stretches way beyond the level of your average DJ. Never standing still, Jay has always pushed forward from his residencies at London club nights for Ram Records (The End) and Gatecrasher (Heaven), weekly shows on Kiss FM, Ministry of Sound and Kool London, global gigs and a radio career spanning over 20 years. this his 4 record labels, it’s clear Jay has always positioned himself firmly within the core of the global dance community. In 2013 Jay turned the majority of his focus to the business side of the music industry and with Terry from Atomic Hooligan, launched On The Rise Music. A business venture which saw the pair combine decades of experience into a true 360 music services company offering PR, Publishing, Label Management and a DJ & Production Academy. DJing has always been at the epicentre of Jay’s passion for music and with a keen eye on technology and evolution, has moved with the times from Vinyl to CDJ to Digital since he first graced the turntables in 1989, always priding himself on excelled knowledge at every stage.
