Make Space for Girls has launched a fundraising week to celebrate International Day of the Girl this month!💪✨

Chosen by Big Give for its Women & Girls Match Fund, all donations made between now and 15 October will be doubled.

Funds will help the charity hire dedicated staff to reach policymakers and make parks and public spaces more inclusive for teenage girls 🌿

Research shows that 90% of teenage spaces are dominated by boys and Make Space for Girls is changing that by working with councils and designers to make girls feel welcome and valued💗

The Pro Landscaper Sustainability & Biodiversity Awards 2025, in association with Hortus Loci Landscapes, took place last Tuesday evening at Excel London, honouring the companies leading the way towards a greener and more sustainable future💚

Now celebrating our third year, the awards span 12 categories and shine a spotlight on organisations driving real change across the landscaping industry👀

Held at FutureScape 2025, our winners were carefully selected following their design presentations to our panel of judges: Saira Ali, Mark Gregory, Martien Mantje, Phil Askew and Ludo Pittie.

The awards were presented on the final day of FutureScape, recognising exceptional creativity, innovation and professionalism within the landscape industry.

The five winning projects from the Europe Heat are now through to the Grand Final, taking place in June 2025 at FutureScape Global in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

They’ll be joined by the winners of the upcoming regional heats taking place over the coming months:

🇸🇦 Middle East & India – held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🇺🇸 North & South America – 9–10 December at FutureScape USA, Los Angeles
🌏 Asia, Australasia & Africa – two virtual heats taking place in February
