🦈 Sorry for the radio silence — we’ve been busy sharks these past few weeks!

From building websites and designing cookbooks to creating animations, our mentees have been diving into creative projects that boost confidence in maths, literacy, and communication.

We’re now taking on new bookings from September — so if you know a young person who could benefit from 1‑2‑1 creative mentoring, drop us a message. We’d love to help!

This is absolutely brilliant from Bournemouth & Poole College; their media & IT teams are really pushing the boat out to help their students get paid work for clients while still studying! We’ve been to visit their media department & it’s above and beyond impressive - well done to all involved 👏👏👏

What is alternative provision?
It’s extra support outside mainstream school for young people who need a different way to learn — whether that’s because of SEND, EHCPs, or other challenges.

At GreenShark Media, we offer 1‑2‑1 creative sessions that help students grow their skills and confidence. Our mentoring uses fun digital projects — like video and animation — to support learning in maths and English too.

Equipment Needed

At GreenShark Media & Training, we support SEND and EHCP learners with 1–2–1 digital mentoring. To make this possible, we’re looking for one or two used or refurbished MacBooks to enable our students to work on digital media projects such as video editing, animation, and design.

If your business has any older equipment you’re able to donate — or if you can help connect us with someone who can — we’d be incredibly grateful.

Your support can make a huge difference, providing young people with the tools to build confidence, develop digital literacy, and create brighter futures.
