📐 4 quick tweaks for a distraction-free workspace
Focus isn't just about willpower - your environment matters more than you think.

1 - Put your phone in a drawer.
Out of sight = out of mind. Even face down isn't enough.

2 - Declutter your desk.
Only keep what you're using right now in view. Visual noise = mental noise.

3 - Use noise-cancelling headphones or ambient music.
Silence isn't always helpful — consistent sound can reduce distractions.

4 - Turn off non-essential notifications.
Better yet: use "Do Not Disturb" or an app blocker during focus blocks.

I'm learning to focus less on the outcome and more on what gets repeated.
