On this World Mental Health Day, let's celebrate the remarkable bond we share with our pets. They provide us with unconditional love, companionship, and unwavering support.

A recent poll of 2,000 individuals revealed that nearly three-quarters (73%) believe their pets can sense their emotions, while over half of the respondents agree that their pets uplift their spirits, showing that the affection and comfort pets provide really does make a difference.

Recently on the North Norfolk coast, the Oyster Heaven team showcased the work they are doing to restore four million oysters to the sea by 2026, improving water quality and marine life.
