We’re pleased to let you know the water issue at the hotel has now been fully resolved. 💧✅
A burst water main caused disruption over the last couple of days — and while it was out of our hands, we know how frustrating it must have been.
On behalf of General Manager Leanne and the whole team, we’d like to sincerely thank our guests for your patience, kindness and understanding during the disruption.
Everything is now flowing as normal again — and Nessie’s officially clocked off for the day. 🦕🛠️
