🥗 Grilled Nectarine & Mozzarella Salad 🍑

🧡 Ingredients:

A head of romaine lettuce, chopped into bitesize pieces
2 bell peppers, sliced and chargrilled
2 nectarines, sliced and chargrilled
1 buffalo mozzarella, sliced into strips
½ an avocado, sliced
A small scattering of flaked almonds
A pinch of smoked sea salt
A pinch of chilli flakes
A pinch of black urfa chilli flakes (optional)
A drizzle of balsamic glaze
Fresh mint, for garnish

💙 Method:

1. On a large serving plate arrange your lettuce and layer up with bell peppers, nectarines, your sliced mozzarella and avocado slices.

2. Scatter over your flaked almonds and seasoning and finish off with a drizzle of your balsamic glaze and fresh mint to decorate, belissima!
