Trains from Derby to Matlock will be leaving approximately 16 minutes later than they do now.

Trains from Matlock to Derby will be leaving approximately 28 minutes later than they do now.

Derby Market Hall has been given a major boost as one of the city's most popular family-run businesses has announced its move into the historic building 🛍️

Following increased calls for traditional market stalls at the venue, Martin's Fruits, which is currently located on nearby Albert Street, is set to be moving across the road into the Market Hall, with their new store opening on Tuesday, December 9 🛒

The business, which was one of the final stalls to leave the Eagle Market before its 2023 closure, is looking to return to its market trading roots by launching The Market Deli and opening another stall for fresh produce including fruit, vegetables, eggs, nuts and dried fruit 🍎

On the deli counter, owners David and Caroline Martin will offer freshly-made cobs, sandwiches, salads and hot food as well as deli meats, cheeses, Scotch eggs, sausage rolls, quiche, jams, preserves and more 😋
