Last week I got a craving for a bowl of chilli by . Even better than I’d remembered and this time I went for medium which is really stacked and well worth £8. Beautifully garnished with cheese, guacamole, nachos and lime.

Back home from Berlin but what a great few days! Thanks for the recommendations, here’s some of the other amazing food I thoroughly enjoyed whilst there. One of my followers had recommended trying a kebab by in Berlin. I was in Kruzenburg so called by and ordered their chicken doner for €7. Everything about this kebab blew me away from that crispy warm bread, tasty chicken doner meat, varied salad selection and beautiful garlic sauce. Visually though I’d never seen a kebab so nicely presented! So glad I called by here, certainly up there with one of the best kebabs I’ve ever eaten.

Starting my trip in Berlin with a breakfast bagel and cappuccino (€13) bakery. Inside their breakfast bagel there’s scrambled eggs, onion marmalade, mayo, bacon and cheese. So delicious, loved this combo! Great coffee here too and very friendly staff.

On Norwich Market I ordered a kimchi salad (£5) from .norwich and was keen to find out if adding 4 sweet and sour chicken balls (£2.50) from China Wok would be a good idea or not. To be completely honest I wasn’t convinced this combo would go together particularly well but you don’t know till you try right? To my surprise it worked beautifully! This was mainly down to the kimchi dressing and sweet & sour sauce complimenting each other so well. Maybe not the healthiest salad I’ve ever eaten but damn tasty and a total cost of just £7.50. 😋 More market combos to follow in October.

Berrylicious, shortbread crumble, cold vanilla custard and freeze dried raspberries by Crumble Crib. Loved the cold custard option on a hot day. A must to visit if you’re in Sheringham!

If I visit East Chinese Takeaway Norwich there’s a combo I can’t resist ordering. Sweet & Sour mixed (prawn, chicken) balls, Special curry with Special fried rice and The original crispy peanut chicken. Absolutely my favourite Chinese take away in Norwich! You can really taste the difference here and if you haven’t tried their original crispy peanut chicken then order some ASAP! Look them up on Colman Road in Norwich.

Check out these BBQ Ribs, Smokey Mac & Cheese and Slaw by The Arrogant BBQ. Quite possibly the best ribs I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating! Coated in their signature BBQ sauce, the meat pulled away from the bone beautifully and damn they tasted good. Their Smokey Mac & Cheese was incredible too, a generous portion with great flavour and plenty of cheese pull. That delicious deep purple slaw went perfectly with this. A very enjoyable meal indeed, once I took my first bite I didn’t stop until I had an empty plate stacked with bones. I tracked them down which has recently reopened in Costessey. They’re back there again on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th August, definitely worth checking out!
