🎄✨ What The Flipping Elf ! …..🧝♂️ ❤️💚🤍✨
Where do I begin ? …. Well from the Heart ❤️ because after weeks of organising, planning, prepping, list-making and quite probably turning into a full-time elf… YOU showed up. You Supported us. And you absolutely filled the The Royal Hotel Scarborough with Christmas magic from the moment those doors opened! ✨🎅🏻💌📮 💫
I’m now sitting here with aching legs, a back that feels like glass with a large glass of wine in hand & feeling so so GRATEFUL 🙏 the support you have shown both for my shop and Christmas Fair over this weekend has been nothing short of Incredible . ❤️
Not only was the fair buzzing today …the shop was too!
The children came in full festive joy mode… 🙌 the treasure hunt was a hit has always, the Santa letter station was bursting with tiny writers, and their creativity was just a joy to see at our creative craft table Crafty Creations Cafe …..Wowser those 70 !!!! gift bags I made for completing the treasure hunt 🎨🧑🎨
Well… let’s just say I had to dash to the shop for reinforcements at 2pm because they ALL went! (And I daren’t even count how many Santa letters we collected! 😅🎄)
To all our stall holders who are just AMAZING, not just because they are so talented but because they provided Christmas Cheer 😊 which makes a wonderful shopping experience for our customers, which wow so many fabulous comments on the quality, uniqueness and joy of our stalls……Our young entrepreneurs were just amazeballs and so professional; well done guys 😊👍
Our charity stalls were just wonderful too although I’m still waiting for the final amounts ….. Together we have managed to raise much needed funds for two amazing worthy causes . 👏🏼 👏🏼👏🏼The Rainbow Centre, Scarborough
Huge Thanks to the staff at The Royal Hotel the amount of work that has gone into decorating this iconic hotel is just breathtaking and provided so much wonder to all that came to visit us today 🙌✨🎄
I may be the organiser of Lilly’s Independent Artisan Fairs but it’s not just about hiring the room and booking the stall holders …… it’s about a true collaboration, Working Together to bring our events alive to make sure we give the best experience, bringing colour to our high street and putting the social back into shopping whilst making sure everyone feels valued at our fairs 🛍️
So to every stallholder, every shopper, every family, every little elf who took part:

Your support means the world and today you turned all the hard work into something truly magical. ❤️
I may be exhausted… but my smile is still shining as bright as the Christmas lights tonight. ✨
