Wondering what on earth it is I do online and how I am managing to replace my Account Manager role, so I can leave London and start a life in the countryside 🍃 be able to support my parents in their retirement, fill my own cup and travel freely then this is for you!!

July you were a busy month ✌🏼

Kicked off with a last minute train up to Manc to see my business partners. We’ve had a lot of changes happen inside our community, so we needed to get together to celebrate in person 👯‍♀️

I also welcomed my newest business partner who’s getting ready to launch her business (who’s also based in Manc!), so I’ve got a feeling I’ll be making a few more trips up North this year 👀

Midway through July we kicked the 60 day SPRINT to Malaga!!! It’s so nice because the first time I did this sprint, I had so many breakthroughs… not just in my business, but within myself too.

We’ve been jumping on multiple zoom calls a week, keeping each other accountable, doing our daily tasks, mindset work, fitness goals and of course, smashing 3L of water a day 💧

I’m not gonna say it’s been easy 😅 but one thing I will say is I couldn’t imagine doing it without us all supporting each other.

One of my favourite sayings is “alone you can do a little, but together you can do a lot” and that’s why it’s soo important to have the RIGHT community around you if you want to win 🏆

On that note… if you’ve been following me since autumn last year, you might remember when I hosted my first ever call for 15 people and nearly threw up from the nerves 🤢

Well… guess who’s just put herself forward to host a community call to over 200 PEOPLE in August!!! 😅

I’m honestly terrified… but I’ve learnt by now that fear always shows up when you’re about to level up.

And if it doesn’t scare me a little, it’s probably not big enough 💪🏼

Week 1 of the Sprint completed ✅

Started bang on day 1 of my cycle lol…

I was a wave of emotions the first few days and got myself into a right state 😅 so I took it as a sign to slow down and ease into the sprint properly!

I’ve been meaning to sync my business tasks around my cycle and listen to my body, so I feel like it happened at the right time. The fact I can do that still blows my minds 🤯

Been getting back into fitness since Greece, but never thought to make it a daily task, so from day 3 I’ve been moving my body everyday 💪🏼 even if it’s a 30 min walk.

But I am genuinely feeling more energised - plus just from being outside more I’m naturally getting more sunlight 🌞 so my body is releasing more serotonin.

On Friday, I came down to Weymouth with Eddie’s family (there’s 20 of us btw!) and rented out this gorgeous house for the week!

Trying to sneak off on the first day was hard 🤣 but I’ve learnt that everyone is napping in the afternoons lol, so I’m using that as my window to get the rest of my tasks done.

That’s one of the biggest things I’ve been grateful for this week 🙏🏼 just having the option to still come away on a trip, and not have to worry about being stuck to a desk, or miss out on seeing everyone.

I’m just proud of myself for still getting my tasks done and still being part of the fun. That’s the goal, right??? 🙌🏼

No matter how much you care about what others think…

They are ALWAYS going to have opinions.

So why not do what you love and build that dream life anyway? 🥳

Imagine what would happen if you finally gave yourself permission to just go all in?

No fear, no holding back, just you and the sheer determination to make it happen.

For she’s I cared wayyyy too much about others opinions.

I’d hold back, overthink and just end up talking myself out of it to avoid what others thought.

But all that was doing was stopping me from going after what I actually wanted.

If I’m being completely honest with you…

The only opinion that truly matters is yours ☺️

If you’re waiting on everyone else to give you their seal of approval then you’ll be waiting a lifetime.

And I think you know you deserve better than that, don’t you think?

That freedom and confidence will show up the second you stop letting other peoples opinions control you.

You’re more capable than you realise, so it’s time to step up and OWN your life 🫶

Big moments happening with the business gang 🫶

Spend last weekend in Manchester with a few of the guys from the community and every time we link up, I walk away feeling inspiring everytime 🙌🏼

This business doesn’t feel like work and not just because we get to travel, be creative and grow something on our own terms.

It’s because no “normal” job are you encouraged to be fully yourself.

No manager is telling. You to prioritise your mental health or go out and make a real different in the world 🌎

And definitely not telling you to build your dream life outside of your job (still shooks me!)

Which is why you can never compare it.

I get to build something real.

With people who actually get it!

People who want more than just a payslip and a weekend to recover from burnout.

We want impact, purpose, freedom, a life that feels like it’s ours.

And when you’re genuinely doing something you love…

Showing up becomes easy. Growth becomes exciting.

And “work” doesn’t feel like a chore it becomes part of your vision.

So yeah… big things brewing behind the scenes.

And I’m so here for it 👀✨

June 🌞

Thought I’d get started with the monthly recap again!

Flew to Crete at the start of the month 🇬🇷 for 12 days and spend the majority of our time on the beach, eating gyros and exploring the island 🏝️

Eddie left his driving liscense at home so we couldn’t rent a car so ended up doing a few organised tours.

We had a tour around the white mountains, took part in a cookery class and ended the trip with paratreking 😬 I was petrified but put my big girl pants on and ended up loving it!

Spent some time quality time with my Dad for Father’s Day 🥳

I was feeling sooo bloated after eating everything in Greece so came back on a strict diet and exercise routine 🏃‍♀️

I started a training call on ads for the community 👯‍♀️ it’s something I’ve been hyper focusing on for the last few months soo I’m super excited to be in a position where I can help other people achieve the results they need to get their businesses off the ground!

So weird that only 6 months ago I was petrified of hosting a call to 10 people and now it feels normal! Growth is happening!!! 📶

Took my mum out for her birthday 🎂

Visited the taste of London and sampled some DELICIOUS dishes from some of the top restaurants 👩‍🍳

And visited my bestie down in Bournemouth, she took me to this secret beach that I’m convinced is the best beach in the UK. Just off sandbanks called Knoll beach. First time I haven’t frozen going into UK waters 🌊

I’m actually planning to visit some more UK beaches this summer. Send any recommendations through!! 🙏🏼

This time last year 🧡

One of my favourite moments from 2023 was taking my Dad on his first ever cruise.

My Dad and I were looking back at this photos last weekend and couldn’t stop laughing 😂 he knows how much of a pre planner I am so I was basically his tour guide for this trip.

And I wouldn’t have it any other way, as he said “if I was in charge, we would’ve ended up on the wrong ship!” 😅

Can’t wait to take him away again next year!

It's so easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others, hiding parts of who we are just to blend in.

But the truth is—you weren't made to fit in, you were born to stand out! ✨

Trust me, I've been there myself! Here are 3 tips to help you embrace your uniqueness and owning it 💪

Stop Comparing - Everyone’s path is different! Focus on what makes you special rather than measuring yourself against others.

Celebrate Your Quirks - The things you think make you "weird" are probably the exact things that make you amazing. Own them!

Still in a daze after the Malaga event ☀️

Currently sat in a tiny airport in France looking back at all these photos and I honestly can’t wait to see these beautiful people again.

I knew booking a trip after Spain would be needed and I thought it wouldn’t be possible as I didn’t have any paid leave left. Thankfully my business made it possible, and I took days off unpaid with noooooo guilt or worry!

The thought of returning to rainy England makes me feel a bit sick but I know it’s only temporary.

Freedom is right around the corner 🙌🏼
