No matter how much you care about what others think…

They are ALWAYS going to have opinions.

So why not do what you love and build that dream life anyway? 🥳

Imagine what would happen if you finally gave yourself permission to just go all in?

No fear, no holding back, just you and the sheer determination to make it happen.

For she’s I cared wayyyy too much about others opinions.

I’d hold back, overthink and just end up talking myself out of it to avoid what others thought.

But all that was doing was stopping me from going after what I actually wanted.

If I’m being completely honest with you…

The only opinion that truly matters is yours ☺️

If you’re waiting on everyone else to give you their seal of approval then you’ll be waiting a lifetime.

And I think you know you deserve better than that, don’t you think?

That freedom and confidence will show up the second you stop letting other peoples opinions control you.

You’re more capable than you realise, so it’s time to step up and OWN your life 🫶

Big moments happening with the business gang 🫶

Spend last weekend in Manchester with a few of the guys from the community and every time we link up, I walk away feeling inspiring everytime 🙌🏼

This business doesn’t feel like work and not just because we get to travel, be creative and grow something on our own terms.

It’s because no “normal” job are you encouraged to be fully yourself.

No manager is telling. You to prioritise your mental health or go out and make a real different in the world 🌎

And definitely not telling you to build your dream life outside of your job (still shooks me!)

Which is why you can never compare it.

I get to build something real.

With people who actually get it!

People who want more than just a payslip and a weekend to recover from burnout.

We want impact, purpose, freedom, a life that feels like it’s ours.

And when you’re genuinely doing something you love…

Showing up becomes easy. Growth becomes exciting.

And “work” doesn’t feel like a chore it becomes part of your vision.

So yeah… big things brewing behind the scenes.

And I’m so here for it 👀✨

June 🌞

Thought I’d get started with the monthly recap again!

Flew to Crete at the start of the month 🇬🇷 for 12 days and spend the majority of our time on the beach, eating gyros and exploring the island 🏝️

Eddie left his driving liscense at home so we couldn’t rent a car so ended up doing a few organised tours.

We had a tour around the white mountains, took part in a cookery class and ended the trip with paratreking 😬 I was petrified but put my big girl pants on and ended up loving it!

Spent some time quality time with my Dad for Father’s Day 🥳

I was feeling sooo bloated after eating everything in Greece so came back on a strict diet and exercise routine 🏃‍♀️

I started a training call on ads for the community 👯‍♀️ it’s something I’ve been hyper focusing on for the last few months soo I’m super excited to be in a position where I can help other people achieve the results they need to get their businesses off the ground!

So weird that only 6 months ago I was petrified of hosting a call to 10 people and now it feels normal! Growth is happening!!! 📶

Took my mum out for her birthday 🎂

Visited the taste of London and sampled some DELICIOUS dishes from some of the top restaurants 👩‍🍳

And visited my bestie down in Bournemouth, she took me to this secret beach that I’m convinced is the best beach in the UK. Just off sandbanks called Knoll beach. First time I haven’t frozen going into UK waters 🌊

I’m actually planning to visit some more UK beaches this summer. Send any recommendations through!! 🙏🏼

Little road trip 🇬🇷

We were originally meant to rent a car and explore Crete but we ran into a little hiccup and left Eddie’s driving liscense in the UK.

So we decided to book a safari… 😂 it had a mixture of everything we wanted - it was off the beaten track, had olive oil and honey tasting, historical facts about the romans, we drove through the white mountains and just saw a lot of the beautiful island!

I’m a big foodie so you can imagine how excited I got when they brought out the freshly baked bread with the tasters!

It wasn’t an intense tour, we had a private driver who was from the island and shared the experience with a family from the Isle of Man so it felt really personal which was nice for a change 🫶

We didn’t want something too heavy, this trip was all about relaxing as much as possible as on other trips, we normally over excert ourselves trying to cram as much in as possible.

Which is a habit formed from having to be restricted to 25 days annual leave 🙄 I’m sure we can all relate to that one!

So it was nice to do things at our own pace, something quite mellow (this is my kind of mellow anyway! 😅) and to be chauffeured around on a private tour for a change and I’d do it again in a heartbeat.

Very grateful to get to experience it 🙌🏼

Don’t judge me, but…

We finally broke our sushi virginity and I can happy say we’re converted 😅

I’ve had sushi a couple of times before from colleagues, Tesco or Wasabi and it was revolting!! 🤢

So many people told me “if you go to a proper sushi place, it’ll change your whole perspective.”

But I just couldn’t justify spending an arm and a leg on something I wasn’t sure I’d even like.

That’s what I kept telling myself anyway…

Then we found out our hotel had an Asian fusion restaurant that had sushi on the menu and I thought “Well, let’s just try it. If we don’t like it, at least we tried!”.

Oh my god, whyyyy did I wait 31 years to try sushi? I expected it to be super fishy, tasting of seaweed but it wasn’t. It was delicate and packed with so much flavour!

Safe to say… I’m official a sushi fan now.

It’s funny how one bad experience can put you off for life but if you try again, you can have a completely difference experience!

This time last year 🧡

One of my favourite moments from 2023 was taking my Dad on his first ever cruise.

My Dad and I were looking back at this photos last weekend and couldn’t stop laughing 😂 he knows how much of a pre planner I am so I was basically his tour guide for this trip.

And I wouldn’t have it any other way, as he said “if I was in charge, we would’ve ended up on the wrong ship!” 😅

Can’t wait to take him away again next year!

Stop trying to be someone that you're not! 🌟

It's so easy to fall into the trap of comparing ourselves to others, hiding parts of who we are just to blend in.

But the truth is—you weren't made to fit in, you were born to stand out! ✨

Trust me, I've been there myself! Here are 3 tips to help you embrace your uniqueness and owning it 💪

Stop Comparing - Everyone’s path is different! Focus on what makes you special rather than measuring yourself against others.

Celebrate Your Quirks - The things you think make you "weird" are probably the exact things that make you amazing. Own them!

Take Baby Steps - Standing out doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Start small—share your ideas, wear what you love, and let your voice be heard.

Remember, it’s not about fitting into someone else’s mold, it’s about embracing who you are and letting that shine! 💖✨

Still in a daze after the Malaga event ☀️

Currently sat in a tiny airport in France looking back at all these photos and I honestly can’t wait to see these beautiful people again.

I knew booking a trip after Spain would be needed and I thought it wouldn’t be possible as I didn’t have any paid leave left. Thankfully my business made it possible, and I took days off unpaid with noooooo guilt or worry!

The thought of returning to rainy England makes me feel a bit sick but I know it’s only temporary.

Freedom is right around the corner 🙌🏼
