Finally got my hands on some treats from Diamond Desserts and can confirm the hype is real! 💯 Based in Stockton On Tees, these desserts are next level.

I was super impressed with how high quality everything tasted and the generous portions!

1. Matilda Cake: Seriously moist and rich. My new benchmark for chocolate cake—easily one of the nicest I’ve ever had. 🍫

2. Crunch Cake: That sticky, crunchy coating is addictive! I loved that it was sitting on a soft, dense brownie-style cake underneath. 💥

3. Pistachio and Kunafa Bar: A beautiful flavour combination. The smooth, tasty chocolate is packed with a delicious pistachio and kunafa filling. ⚡️

Finally ordered from ZONE 23 in Middlesbrough after hearing all the good things.

We went big with The Mash-Up Box (£15.99 + £1.50 burger upgrade), which was an epic combo of a honey heatwave burger, chicken fajita loaded fries, and those incredible chicken tacos and chipotle tenders with a sweet & spicy glaze. Seriously, a special shout out to those tacos and tenders—they were so good! 🌮🔥
Had to sample an OG chicken Parmo (£8.99) too, because… well, you just have to.

Christmas at Piglets Adventure Farm🎄✨

A little throwback to when we visited the Magical Christmas Sleigh Ride a few years ago — it was such a special day! From sending letters to Santa in the departure lounge to the sleigh ride through to Santa’s Woodland Village, the whole experience was pure Christmas magic 🎅🏽🌲

You even get to meet Santa himself, choose a toy from his workshop and enjoy plenty of festive treats (the mulled wine and mince pie for adults was a lovely touch 🍷).

We’ve just got tickets to go again this year and can’t wait! If you’re after something truly festive, definitely add this place to your list — tickets go fast! 🎟️

Hot shot parmo and halloumi fries from 🌶️

Also, got the chocolate fondant dessert but we dived in before taking a photo.

This was apart of their two courses for £19 or three for £24 which runs midweek between 4-7:30. Pretty good value for some very delicious food ⚡️
