🥕 Let’s talk food waste! 🍅

Hands up if you’re guilty of buying fresh food with all the best intentions… only to find it weeks later at the back of the fridge 🙋‍♀️ (we’re definitely a nightmare for that sometimes!).

So today, instead of binning a load of peppers that were on their last legs, I’ve gone for roasted red pepper soup — and even turned stale bread into crunchy homemade croutons 🥖✨

Here are a few little tips to cut down food waste:
🌶 Plan meals before shopping – only buy what you’ll actually use.
🥦 Store fruit and veg properly (some last longer out the fridge!).
🍌 Freeze leftovers or overripe fruit for smoothies.
🥕 Get creative – soups, curries, omelettes, and stir-fries are perfect for using up random bits!
🍞 Stale bread? Croutons, breadcrumbs, or even bread pudding!
