Because of the bank holiday our June/July issue of Reconnect is available from next Tuesday, this summer sees us reach sixteen years in print. Still going strong, and still connecting local people to form a better society. Still empowering people to take a greener stance, and make a better life for themselves and others in a sustainable Devon.
All those years and whilst the vision has got much more mainstream, it’s also moved that little bit nearer. We continue to publish our wellbeing guide, offering mindfulness, positive mental health, local news, and wildlife projects, plus good living with nutrition and organic gardening.
However, we are considering a small change, we are thinking of going to five issues a year - our December/January issue struggles every year to break even and in order to keep our costs down we are thinking of not publishing in those months.
It’s a big step and so I’d love your feedback on whether you think it would be a good idea. Please comment below and let me know your thoughts.
In the meantime we are getting ready for our big 100th issue - get in touch now if you’d like to be included. Is anyone reading this been a regular reader ever since our very first issue?
