My favourite tool combo is Canva and ChatGPT. As you may now realise, I’m a huge fan of both Canva and ChatGPT, and I love how I get to combine them to make my work easier and more fun!

Canva’s intuitive design tools help me create social media graphics, digital products, and even my Amazon KDP notebook covers. Meanwhile, ChatGPT is my go-to for brainstorming, sparking fresh content ideas, writing captions, and being my business cheerleader.

Plus, being part of the Canva Design Community and other Canva FB Groups means I get inspiration and make fab connections with creatives all around the world.

Welcome to Willow Admin & Social Media

Hi, I'm Nikki, a Virtual Assistant and business owner of Willow Admin based in Essex. I help small business owners get to grips with organising their social media content.

By setting up a content library in Trello, they spend less time looking for posts that they can re-use and repurpose. I also create a social media calendar board in Trello so that they can plan their Facebook posts for the week ahead utilising the content in the content library. I can also assist with the scheduling of the posts on Facebook. This means they have more time to focus on their business and even more time to spend with their family.

I can also provide assistance and support with social media tasks such as creating testimonials and tips graphics in Canva which can be added to the content library.
