Not always, but sometimes. Quite often I realise this at times where I don’t need to “channel my focus” so maybe about 23:30, watching TV and I’ll suddenly realise I’ve missed the last 15 minutes as I’m trying to work through my tabs. Force quit the frozen ones and look around for the music…
