Hi everyone!

I just wanted to let you all know what is going on with Discover Dolls Magazine!

I have decided to bring the publication out as an annual paperback book which will be available worldwide on Amazon from early May 2023.
We are aiming for about 200 pages and it will be a large almost A4 size!

I am currently in the process of getting together a range of profiles on amazing artists, as well as lots of information, business and product reviews, guides and tutorials and loads more!

If you think that you have something to contribute or would like to be featured please give me a shout and I will send you the full information on getting involved!

The book will be available from Amazon worldwide early to mid May this year, and I will also have a small number of copies to look at and purchase at the doll shows from the show in Peterborough!!

If you have any copies remaining on a subscription I wil be going through these early next month and you will be refunded any unfulfilled copies!

I have made a start on some artist profiles so here is a little taster of what you will find in this amazing book!

After what seems like a long long break, we are so excited to bring you issue 6 of Discover Dolls Magazine!!
This issue features the combined powers of Ruth Annette and Ella Mck with the amazing Sweet Dreams in silicone, as well as offering you the chance to win a Silicone Clover, again sculpted by Ruth and poured by Ella.
We have many wonderful artist profiles, and feature some amazing reborn, sculpting and silicone artists, as well as cloth dolls and bear artists. The issue includes a crochet toy pattern, the next stage of our reborning tutorial, all The Doll Show dates, both online and live to the end of 2022, and loads more besides!!!

COLLECTORS!!

Its that time again, when we ask our lovely collectors for their invaluable input to the magazine!
This issue we will be looking at "keeper babies" I know many collectors buy and sell on a regular basis, but I would love to know if there is ONE baby from your collection who you would never sell!

If you would like to share and have your baby published in the next magazine, please email me, [email protected] with a high resolution image of your baby, the name of the sculpt and the artist if you know it, and the reasons that you would never part with this baby!!

(Please note that non authentic babies or babies from counterfeit kits will not be considered for publication)

Being a self employed working Mum involves standing over the stove, cooking dinner in one hand, and doing final magazine proofs with the other!!
However, I am sooooo pleased to say we are finally there. Issue 5 has been sent to the printers and should be back to us in just over a week!
I want to say a MASSIVE thank you to Julie who has managed to fit the late magazine around her kids and other commitments and helped me to juggle the magazine to the finish line!
We are SO excited that with this issue you can WIN a full size silicone baby doll, by Mercedes Alvarez Ceballos from Coco Reborn. Many of you know Mercedes from the doll shows, and her work is amazing. Her article is also super interesting so don’t miss out on your copy!

COLLECTORS!! As you probably know we run a collectors article in Discover Dolls Magazine. This issue we are looking at how you display your collection, wether you have one baby or a hundred babies, we would love to see how you display them at home!
I can use a maximum of 8 collectors and I will try and pick 8 which are really different from each other. If you would like to take part, please message me 3-5 images of your baby display, with a little bit of information about it, like why you choose to display this way and what you love about it!
