Most people start their week rushing through chaos. This can be tricky to tune the body and mind for having that positive feel.
I started my Monday here, taking a moment to breathe and reflect before the day even began.
It wasn’t always like this. In 2024, I was in a routine where I was working 9-5, 11-7, 12-8, and 10-6 pm in healthcare 🏥 while travelling 100 miles in a day.
I was getting home, having a bit of dinner 🍽 and watching the next episode of a Netflix series.
Fast forward, now in 2025, with my partner Rizzie. We have found a way to create space for people and actually thrive in more valuable moments in life.
