A personal favourite of mine is W.A. Mathieu's piece, 'To The Well'. The original album is long out of print, but this excellent William Hill compilation is less difficult to find online.

It's going to take a while to achieve 1000+ 'Likes' as managed by Piano-Heaven. However, we're steadily growing. This piece also grows, but in beauty. 'Vastitude' starts off in minimalist form, but soon opens up to capture the wonder of the landscape. It is taken from Peter Kater's Grammy Award winning album, 'Dancing on Water' which is highly recommended.
