Police in the Gambia are investigating a suspected case of baby dumping after a woman was arrested in Tallinding Farokono for allegedly abandoning her new-born. The suspect, identified as 25-year-old Isatou Jawneh from Farato, was brought to the Tallinding Police Station on Sunday by residents who also carried the infant.
