One of the hardest parts of being injured hasn’t just been the pain or recovery… it’s been missing every single Sweet Silent Disco session. 💙

I genuinely miss the smiles, the laughter, the singing, the dancing, and those magical moments of connection that remind me why I started this journey in the first place.❤️

I also want to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been so patient, understanding and supportive while I’ve been out of action. Your kind messages have meant more than you know.

A very special thank you has to go to IJ. She’s stepped in wherever she possibly could to keep the magic of Sweet Silent Disco alive, bringing joy to so many people while I’ve been unable to. She has been an incredible support, and I’m so grateful to have her as part of the team. ❤️

Watching from the sidelines hasn’t been easy, but seeing the smiles she’s continued to create has made me incredibly proud.

Recovery is taking longer than I’d hoped, but every day is a step closer. I honestly can’t wait to get back behind the headphones, back with our amazing care homes, and back doing what I love most.

💙 Father’s Day can be a day of mixed emotions. 💙

For some, it’s a day of celebration, gratitude and making memories with the people we love.

For others, it’s a reminder of a Dad who is deeply missed, a relationship that was complicated, or someone who never had the chance to be a father at all.❤️

Whatever today means to you, be kind to yourself.

Take time to remember, to celebrate, to reflect, or simply to get through the day in whatever way feels right.

And if you’re fortunate enough to still have your Dad by your side, perhaps today is a reminder to make that phone call, share that hug, or tell them what they mean to you.
