🤩A cracking event full of inspirational stories of movement; learning, laughing, silent disco dancing, sharing body weight and much more! 😎🎤💃🏻🕺🏻🪩🤩
🤩Great to be involved in such a wonderful event meeting activity providers in our local area and further afield,and so professionals that support so many in our community.
🤩🤩So great to be part of the vision to tackle inactivity in our district and further afield.
😃I also loved the way environmental sustainability underpinned so much of the day; with some robust debate alongside practical examples of how local organisations are making this part of their culture.

🎶Using headphones unleashes people’s inhabitations and is such an enriching immersive enjoyable experience that’s so so different to the usual disco vibe.🎶🕺🏻🪩
