What started as an idea has grown into a unique wellbeing business that has now reached over 550 care homes and more than 20,000 residents across the UK. 🌟

From dancing, laughter and movement… to connection, reminiscence, confidence building and improving wellbeing — the impact these sessions continue to have means the world to me. Seeing residents light up, staff join in and communities come together is something I’ll never take for granted. ✨

This time we brought a Rock ’n’ Roll special — and what a fantastic session it was! 🎸🕺✨

From singing along to classic hits to dancing and sharing memories, the room was full of energy, smiles and feel-good moments.

I attended the Let’s Talk Dementia event today at Bristol Beacon and came away feeling hugely inspired. 💙

It was fantastic to see so many healthcare professionals, carers, researchers and community organisations coming together to raise awareness, share knowledge and support those affected by dementia.

As someone working in health and wellbeing — and through delivering music-led wellbeing sessions in care settings with Sweet Silent Disco — I see first-hand the powerful impact that movement, music, connection and meaningful activity can have on emotional wellbeing and quality of life.

Huge credit to Bristol Dementia Action Alliance and BRACE Dementia Research for hosting such an informative, compassionate and community-focused event. 👏
