Even when we’re shooting videos for other brands, we’re still banging on about the new Xvive tuner with built in wireless

Meet the Xvive P58. I’ve had a Boss TU-2 for 25 years and a couple of Boss TU-3 tuners for almost as long. I never thought I’d need another tuner, and I’ve tried others like the Polytune from TC etc.

This tuner blew me away, obviously it tunes but the display is beautiful and even I can read it when I’m standing above it and my eyesight is terrible! It also has a built-in wireless and even with all that going the power draw is tiny so you don’t need a fancy power supply, just plug it into your pedalboard

We recently got our hands on the new Vintage pedals and we’ve got to say, they’ve blown us away!

I couldn’t help but channel my inner nu metal fan with this one, and the design certainly helped with that too. I really enjoyed how the boost channel added a slight tonal change to the sound as well, which would really help cut through a mix when it matters most!

Here’s what Vintage say about the distortion:
The VFX13 pedal features an effective 3-band EQ, which helps to make the guitar sound cut through the mix. Lush basses, shimmering highs and mid scoop-sounds can easily be dialed in. In addition to the distortion section, there is a separate, controllable boost-function.
