A mental health hospital in Flintshire was bursting with colour, music and laughter recently as the service hosted its annual Summer Festival. Organised by Cygnet Health Care activity coordinators Joe Morgan and Lisa Kettle, the festival at Cygnet Delfryn Lodge was a joyful collaboration between staff and service users who spent weeks preparing decorations and activities, ensuring everyone had a day to remember....

Cat fans are invited to put their best foot forward for a jazz-themed open day at Bryncethin’s cat centre where there will be opportunities to see the cats as well as treats and activities for all. A charity six-a-side football tournament organised by ClwydAlyn’s Sports and Social (SAS) committee has raised an impressive £1,500 for local hospice, St Kentigern, which provides end-of-life and residential palliative care.
