Yesterday I turned 30…

I don’t feel like I have everything figured out, I don’t have a concrete plan for the future, I’m not married and I don’t have kids yet, but I can say that I’m very much at peace with myself.

I’m learning to better manage my fears, my insecurities, my emotions and my thoughts. I’m learning to set boundaries in my relationships and to be there for myself when I make mistakes. I’m increasingly appreciating all the people who are by my side and accepting me as I am at every moment. I’m very happy that even though I sometimes have fears or doubts, I do feel that I’m taking each step at my own pace and in my own way.

Turning 30 can be very stressful for some women, since it seems that when you turn 30 you have to have completed all those steps that society understands as being “fulfilled.”

If you feel this way, this post is for you, to remind you that you’re just turning one more year, like last year, and that if you don’t have everything figured out, it’s perfectly normal.

Life is not linear and an age cannot determine where you will be in your present. Always be true to yourself, listen to your heart and take the steps you want, where and when you want.

In the end, what we all want is to be HAPPY, and that depends on you and what you do, not on what others expect of you. ♥️

In this picture I still remembered that I loved myself.

Growing up I experienced many difficult experiences that hurt me. I started to live in fear and told myself many limiting things. “You’re not good enough,” “you’re not pretty enough” “don’t be too loud” “make sure everyone likes you”.

Thankfully I went through a very low moment in my life when I was in my early 20’s and I had no option but to look inside and heal.

inspired me today he said “This is your reminder that whatever noise you’ve heard from the outside shouldn’t overshadow the voice on the inside. The voice that reminds you to keep going, keep trying, keep giving.” The voice that loves you more than anything in the world.

I lived in fear for a long time, hiding myself. Some of us live in fear forever but I’m happy to say I woke up.

My dream has always been to help other beautiful unique humans to be happy and feel the unconditional love I’ve always felt since I was born.

Yesterday marked 5 years since I decided to start an adventure with the most special person I know.

With him I have learned what healthy, patient, good love is. The type of love that makes you feel better every day and that everyone tells you: it looks good on you! Love is not always easy, it changes, adapts and transforms. It is in the simplest thing: in an intimate conversation, in a shared breakfast, in a hug... and it doesn’t take much to love because it starts from within. If you give love, you feel love. And it is when you learn to love yourself that you have the courage to open your heart to another person.

I wish we can all have the opportunity to be ourselves with another person in this way, because it makes life meaningful.

For those of you who are looking for it, don’t look outside, look inside. When you love yourself, you find love. That’s how it is♥️

Hello ladies♥️ I’m giving an online workshop next week for a private group via Zoom Wednesday May 22nd at 19pm-21pm UK time about how to set healthy boundaries in relationships.

In the workshop we will learn to know when to set healthy boundaries in a relationship, we will do an exercise together on how to discover in which relationships you feel the need to set healthy boundaries and finally, I will teach you how to set those boundaries on a practical level in different situations.

In all types of relationships, it is essential to know when and how to set those boundaries before it’s too late. If we don’t do this we end up resenting our relationships, creating separation, keeping everything inside, and doubting ourselves more and more each time. We will also discuss the difference between setting a boundary and mistreating another person verbally and the importance of always being respectful when doing this.
