Little love letter from me to you…. 🩷 Bare with me as I’ve just written out my thoughts from scratch. I’ve lost weight and gained weight since I got married without realising until I put on a pair of size 12 jeans and they didn’t zip up anymore. I’ve had the best summer of my life and my body changed but my mindset NEVER did - the secret to that?

Surround yourself with people who love you for you, learn to be kinder to your mind and let go of ALLLL the unrealistic pressure you put on yourself to look perfect. Because news flash girrrrrl 📸 none of us are perfect! I always say I don’t want to be an old lady in my hospital bed wishing I wore the bikini, wishing I said yes to more things that didn’t hold me back just because of being self conscious. Unfollow that account that makes you feel rubbish about yourself. Follow people that look like you. Maybe don’t even do much social media at all! (I know, crazy coming from an influencer here) but the most important thing in this life is YOU. Your sanity. The way you look at yourself in the mirror. If you’re a good person that’s all that matters. So, if you’re just a girl like me that has thighs that stick together, a wobbly bits and belly - you’re welcome here and you’re ENOUGH 🫶🏻🩷

Come to universal studios LA with us! 🇺🇸✨ We had the best time ever on the VIP experience tour - getting to see actual working movie back lots was insanely cool!

LA lil photo dump 📸🇺🇸🩵🧚🏻 Swipe to the end for a funny one 🤭 We both had SO much fun at Universal Studios Hollywood we upgraded to the vip tour (because honeymoon and why not!) and I honestly felt like a little kid again! 10/10 day, not an ad btw, but if it’s a special occasion it’s so worth it! We got to see all the movie back lots where actual movie stars go and film!! 🍿
