Join Barry Tappenden this Friday at 2pm for another Mystery Box. He starts of with a tribute to the servicemen that were murdered at the Hyde Park bombings. Men of the Blues and Royals and the 7 horses and the band of the Royal Green Jackets . Following this Remembrance he will be bringing you some classic Soul and Motown.

I want to give a big shout out to Ben and the rest of the team from Medisec ltd for the fantastic job the did, in 30C+ heat, at times in some very difficult circumstances at Party In The Park at the weekend.

All Ben's team kept smiles on their faces, were helpful and remained 100% professional at all times.

Its great when you're operating in an event with 10,000C people that while you promote your business or charity, you have professionals looking out for your and everybody else's backs.

Well done Ben, I truly believe you set the standard others aspire to.

The power of Facebook

We usually bubble around 240,000 views on Facebook in a rolling 28 day period.

Today it’s almost 397,000! Thats 150,000 uplift over the weekend, I wonder what caused that!!!
