It was a real privilege to be recognised by Every Day Heroes Award for my contribution to help raise the profile of Bedford Borough where our HQ is based.

Over the years I've worked with many artists and have been able to bring several to Bedford for various PR stunts and campaigns.

From working with schools giving the children the opportunity to take part in huge profile events with artists to filming news pieces for BBC News and ITV in and around Bedford to being part of the incredible team.

Thanks to the panel of judges that voted for me and for an incredible awards night hosted by the Bedford Independent.

Summer season is now here as we prepare for some great acts to play in Bedford Park. It's about to get busy!

Fantastic talent and really moving project x

For most of my life, music has found me in the quiet moments.

Some of you may know me already, but for those who don’t - I’m Simon Clothier. A songwriter, husband, father, and someone who’s spent many years trying to make sense of life through songs.

A few years ago, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer. Everything stopped. In the days after hearing the news, I wrote a song called 'What Am I To Do'. It came in one sitting - honest, raw, and without thinking too hard about where it might lead.It’s taken me years to find the strength to record it.

Recently, with my wife recovering well, I finally stepped into RAK Studios in London with producer Simon Allen to bring the song to life. What came out of those sessions feels less like a performance and more like telling the truth. 'What Am I To Do', will be released at the end of June. Proud to be suporting Worldwide Cancer Research 💛 with the release.

If you’d like to follow the journey - the music, the stories behind it, and whatever comes next - I’d be grateful to have you here.
