We were worried Year 6 will think it's too childish..." 😬
That's something I hear more often than you might think — and it's exactly why Year 6 is one of the hardest age groups to entertain well.
They're too old for a traditional children's entertainer... but they still need far more than just someone turning up with a Spotify chart playlist.
Finding that perfect balance between entertainment, music and making them feel grown up is exactly what I love doing.
I don't post as often as I probably should, but after my busiest July EVER, I thought I'd share a little bit about why I love what I do. ❤️
One PTA recently summed up perfectly what I love about entertaining this age group:
"We were concerned that Year 6 would be a tricky year to manage but when Dan said he loved his job and was confident with that age group, we felt reassured! To then watch him in action, manage, control and entertain our children, was an absolute pleasure!"
After another summer of Year 2, Year 6 and Year 11 celebrations, I'd like to say a huge thank you to every school, PTA, teacher and parent who trusted me this year.
I don't share photos of children from my events, so here's me and my son after the final leavers disco of Summer 2026. ❤️
If I entertained at your event this year, a Google review really does make a huge difference to a small one-person business like mine.
Bring on 2027! 🎉
Already, 7 schools have rebooked for next year. 🙌
