𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐡

The band will be holding a Christmas Sash Bash on Saturday 13th December in Coatbridge Orange Hall, 2pm - 6pm.

Entertainment on the day will be provided by the band as well as a set from our friends Drumgelloch Bible & Crown FB.

Entry is free and there will be raffles as well as a prize for the worst Christmas jumper.

We look forward to seeing everyone there as we make our comeback.

The bands adversity has been well documented in the past few months but we are very much moving in a positive direction and thank everyone for their outreach of support and well wishes and look forward to the finishing the year off in style and further forward to our 45th Anniversary year in 2026.

🇬🇧 Remembrance Sunday 🇬🇧

Today, we pause to remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Across Scotland and throughout the United Kingdom, we stand in solemn reflection for all those who served, from the battlefields of the Somme and Normandy to the deserts, seas, and skies where courage knew no bounds.

Their legacy is our liberty.
Their sacrifice is our strength.
We will remember them. 🌺

As Loyalists, we honour not only their service to King and Country, but also the values they defended, freedom, loyalty, and brotherhood.

At the going down of the sun, and in the morning,

🧨 The Gunpowder Plot, A Stand for Faith and Freedom 🧨

On this day in 1605, a group of conspirators led by Guy Fawkes attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament and assassinate King James I. Their aim? To destroy Protestant rule in Britain and replace it with a Catholic monarchy loyal to Rome.

Thankfully, the plot was foiled, a turning point that ensured the survival of our Protestant monarchy and the freedoms we continue to enjoy today.

For members of the Orange Institution, the Gunpowder Plot serves as a powerful reminder of why we celebrate the preservation of our liberties and the rule of law under a Protestant throne.

As we mark this historic event, we give thanks for those who stood firm in defence of faith and freedom, values that remain at the heart of the Orange Order to this day.
