There has been an arson attack on vehicles parked within an industrial site in Ballyclare. Firefighters worked to douse the well-alight fires to two lorries which spread causing heat damage to two other lorries parked nearby. It was reported on Wednesday night, 17th September, around 10.40pm.

Road users are advised to avoid the Ballycraigy Road, Newtownabbey, which is currently blocked due to a two vehicle road traffic collision.
The road is closed at the junction at the roundabout at the junction of the Ballyclare Road and the Ballyhenry Road, and there are tailbacks in the area.

Motorists are advised to expect delays this evening, Tuesday, 12th August, due to a slow-moving abnormal load travelling from the M1 to Dundonald.

Disruption and delays are expected from 7pm.

The load will travel along the following route - M1 eastbound, Westlink, M3, Sydenham by-pass, Holywood Road, Parkway, Hawthornden Way, A20 Upper Newtownards Road, Comber Road, East Link Road and Old Dundonald Road.
