❄️VINYL PRE-ORDER CAMPAIGN❄️

Greetings Folks

Several people have expressed an interest in Cold Hatred being pressed onto vinyl and as an avid vinyl collector myself I am also keen to see this happen. Please read the below carefully...

Naturally the prospect of pressing a 17 minute EP onto vinyl is not hugely appealing to any labels, nor is there a lot of value in seeking a large pressing of such a release. I have investigated the option of a very limited run lathe cut pressing in the form of a single-sided 180 gram 12" and this is something that is potentially viable.

I am therefore opening a pre-order campaign now to gauge interest in this. If I succeed in around about 50% of the pre-orders I will go ahead and get the records pressed. There will be 50 copies with a split of 25 in each black and clear vinyl. These will be single sided lathe cut records, created by the excellent Bladud Flies (who have worked with the likes of Chelsea Wolfe, Ghost, Electric Wizard and Behemoth to name a few) and having owned several of their pressings I can fully attest to the quality of their products!

The vinyl will be housed in a simple fold-over sleeve as opposed to a standard LP jacket (think classic Livor Mortis pressings). Each will be individually hand-numbered. Because of the nature of how the records are pressed, the cost will be £25 per unit plus delivery. I appreciate that the prospect of paying such a price for a 17 minute EP will not appeal to everyone and I respect that.

If or when I get a certain number of pre-orders, I will place the pressing order and the lead time could be up to a few months, so I will ask for your patience if you participate in this campaign. Updates will follow as often as possible...

I will run the campaign until 28th February.

The new Wynter Myst EP, 'Cold Hatred' is out now and available for FREE DOWNLOAD on Bandcamp (either on Blackwood Prods or Wynter Myst)

Cold Hatred features some of Wynter Myst's most aggressive music to date combined with the most tranquil. This short 17 minute EP contains two abrasive ice-cold anthems rounded off with a final dark ambient / dungeon synth piece to serenade you into a frozen slumber ❄️
