a vegan hotel in the welsh countryside was NOT on my 2026 bingo list… but lo and behold, we have one! 💚

Ffarm Hall is now officially up and running following on from the success of their sister hotel Beck Hall.

the entire hotel is a work of art. I was utterly gobsmacked at all the work that has gone into this place and I cannot wait to return.

i was invited to stay and check the place out and I really couldn’t fault it. it is in a gorgeous location too! ✨

I’m doing a seperate video about the food, so stay tuned!

less match, more matcha 🙏

we went along to The Queen’s Cup to try their matcha hummus along with a few more of their vegan plates! this place isn’t 100% vegan, but the majority of the menu is 🙌

the staff were very knowledgeable about which dishes were vegan friendly and which were not - for example I did fancy a tiramisu latte but they informed me it had condensed milk in, so wouldn’t be suitable for me. knowing the staff have an understanding of veganism is incredibly comfortable and sadly not that common 😢 but I felt in safe hands.

the avocado hummus was a personal highlight for me, as was the muhammara and the chocolate tart. I also learnt that baba ganoush is an acquired taste and is definitely NOT for me 😂 but the beauty of the mixed mezze is there’s something on it for everyone 🫶

which dip are you trying first? 😋

berlin was blast 🇩🇪🔥

this place has both a thriving vegan scene and q***r community. perfect for all travelling vegays!

art, music, food and especially the company (🫶) all made for a perfect trip (sunstroke aside! 😅)

we visited:
🥐 The Sanctuary - Italian Vegan Artisanal Bakery
🍱 Secret Garden
🛒 REWE
🍽️ Föersters
🍩 Brammibal's Donuts
🥢 Element Five
🐈 Katzentempel
🌮 Easy Peasy
🍰 Soi and Co

do you have any other recommendations for berlin? (because I WILL be returning!)

discovering Plant.Eat.Licious in bath was a delightful surprise. I didn’t have time to try any other vegan hot spots but I’ll definitely return at some point.

I had the oyster mushroom wings and fries. proper dirty 😋 followed by their vegan snickers bake.

all hit the spot wonderfully. 🔥

“you can’t build muscle on a vegan diet” is something Matt has heard time and time again, but he (amongst many others) are disproving that myth every single day. 💪

matt not only coaches people on their fitness but provides bespoke vegan meal plans to help clients reach their goals.

matt talked me through what an initial session with him would look like too - and I’ll be posting some clips of that on my story later today! reach out to Matt if you think he can help you get started on your fitness journey - he’s a lovely chap.
