😱Last night I ventured out of my comfort zone.

👀If you saw a post from me at the beginning of the year, and you probably didn’t or don’t remember, but whatever, that’s fine!! I said that a goal and focus for me this year was to do more speaking.

🗣️Last night I attended my first Toastmaster event.

⭕One of the things I battle with when speaking to an audience, or even on camera, is my mind goes blank, I fill the silences up with ‘er’s’ and ‘urm’s’ and I tend to waffle on and use 30 words when 3 will do. So by immersing myself in a safe and supportive environment, the opportunity to learn and receive feedback on my speaking and presenting skills in one not to be missed.

➡️The format is great, with 3 speakers all with a different style, confidence and experience. Each speech gets evaluated and then feedback is shared with the group.

✅I can’t wait for the next group meeting, to sign up and become part of the community. And of course, I am looking forward to growing in confidence, learning how to structure my speeches and meeting more great people.

🔥 Amazing creative inspiration book! This little gem was a gift from for Crimbo. It's sick!! I have been a fan of .studio - AKA Radim Malinic for a good few years now and have a few of his books. This is awesome to add to the collection!
Love the creative and artistic flair that stands this work apart from other designers. It truly captures a sense of difference and uniqueness.

🔥A great milestone reached today.

😁The official opening of .space.coworking

➡️Russ, Nicholas and I welcomed 30 or so local businesses, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs and freelancers to take a look around, enjoy a coffee or two and to meet some new faces.

💪We are looking forward to The Space growing from strength to strength and building a great community.

Today is a good day. Today and I are spending the day away from emails, client delivery and life’s distractions to focus on the new chapter of our business. 🔥 Shout out to all the Creatives out there. Here are two cool new features from the latest Adobe Photoshop CC 2020 release!

✅ Check out the new 'Remove Background' feature. Super easy way to cut out a background as a layer mask. And secondly, the 'Focus on layer element' hack - press alt when clicking on a layer and PS will take you straight to that element on your artboard! Amazing little timesaver.
