Threads Through the Cross draws visitors from across the UK 🧵

Sheffield Cathedral’s summer exhibition, Threads Through the Cross, has been captivating visitors since it opened last week.

The monumental textile installation by renowned artist Jacqui Parkinson fills the nave with vibrant, hand-stitched panels exploring the themes of crucifixion and resurrection. Each panel combines bold colour, intricate detail, and layered symbolism to tell a story that is both sacred and deeply human.
