The park’s much-loved ponds and the River Croal are being given a fresh lease of life, thanks to a team effort between Bolton Council, local volunteers, and United Utilities.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in helping revive one of Bolton’s most beautiful green spaces! 💚

This weekend, Bolton Town Centre has been buzzing with energy during the festival celebrations, and it’s amazing to see just how much the town has changed (and stayed the same) over the years.

Take a look at this beautiful shot of The Crescent in full swing this festival weekend, full of colour, community, and celebration 🎉 – and then swipe back in time with two incredible photos of Deansgate, taken by Brian Farris back in the 1980s.
