🚓 Great to See Police Getting Involved with the Community in Farnworth! 💬

Shoutout to Sergeant White from the Farnworth Neighbourhood Team who attending the Farnworth Focus Scout Hut Easter Event this week.

He had the chance to meet and chat with local residents, even showing the kids one of our police vehicles – a great way to build positive relationships with the community. 🚓👮‍♂️

Huge Cannabis Farm Discovered in Bolton – One Arrest Made 😮

Officers in Bolton carried out a planned warrant at Blackshaw House, Thornbank North, following a public tip-off.

Inside the property, officers uncovered a cannabis farm with 220 plants.

Inspector Keiron Maddocks, from GMP’s Bolton South Neighbourhood Policing Team, said:

“We take any information or intelligence submitted by the public seriously – it plays an important role in our investigations and we will act on it where appropriate."
