ICYMI: 🎥 We're putting our commitment to get tough on fly-tipping into practice and have now crushed the first vehicle we've seized in connection with illegal dumping in Hillingdon 👍
❌️ Fly-tipping is illegal, harms the environment, and blights our neighbourhoods. This vehicle was in a generally poor condition with rust and damage and unlikely to realise much value if sold. Before being crushed, key parts such as the wheels and engine were removed. When vehicles seized have a higher value they will be sold to provide further funds for the council to use to tackle fly-tipping.
