I am PX UniClaire, a Licensed Dance Fitness Instructor from Pwersa Fitness Inc. – the only Pinoy dance fitness program internationally accredited by the International Fitness Association (IFA) in Canada and the USA. Three years ago, I was searching for formal fitness training, knowing how vital it is for life and eager to make it part of my advocacy for positive change and healthier lifestyles. I am deeply grateful to all who believed in me and made this journey possible. The IFA accredits organizations that meet rigorous course material standards, and certified "Licensed PX" instructors like myself receive a certificate with a unique IFA instructor number. Today, I stand not just as an instructor, but as living proof that when passion meets support, we can turn our personal dreams into a movement that transforms lives.
